It's time to get going....

If you read my 'about me' blog, you'll see I was looking for an investment property at the time I wrote it.

I found it.

I bought it.

I renovated it with all the leftover HELOC money I had.

I turned it into an AirBNB

Now I run an AirBNB on top of my full-time job.

And being a mom.

And now, trying to get this coaching thing off the ground.

I shouldn't say off the ground like it's new to me.

It's not.

I've worked with around 60 people from my place of employment with coaching. Some long term, some short term, but they've been helped in various ways.

I just took on 4 more clients this week.

But, I'd like to get Capital City off the ground to start bringing in business that I can actually pocket while doing what I love.

THAT'S the goal....

Do something you love while making a paycheck.

And while I love the investment property, I've made ZERO dollars since I started it last summer.

In fact, I OWE money on that investment.

But as long as I have enough at the end of the month to cover the bills, I'm fine.

So here I am!
